There are some positive habits that make the Prophet. Always
look fit and rarely sick, including:
1. Selective for food
No food eaten by him except Halal and good food.
2. Do not eat before hungry and stop eating before full

food (solid), and the third for air.
3. Eat calmly, Tuma'ninah, unhurried, with a moderate tempo.
The benefits of eating like this is to avoid choking, biting, digestive organs work

Fasting is a shield for a wide range of mental and physical suffering. Fasting can be a sedative for stamina and organs so that the energy is maintained. In addition, it can be a cleansing (detoxification) that are thorough.
No less important is the Prophet. Have the skills to manage emotions, mind, and heart. Ability in managing heart, mind, and feelings, as well as the intense interconnectedness with the Essence of the Most High will determine a person's health, physical and spiritual.
